The pouch is kept secure by two webbing straps connected by a buckle and a velcro on the back of the pouch. The IFAK can be easily detached by opening the buckle and ripping of the pouch. On the inside, there are multiple elastic webbing organizers and flat pockets for med storage. There are also elastic loops and a flat zipped pocket on the outside for additional medical accessories.
